Noam Rosen is an Associate in the Cyber, Internet & Copyright Group at Pearl Cohen’s Tel Aviv office. Noam’s practices include Cyber and Data Protection, software, website licenses and user agreements, copyright issues, open source matters and other aspects of the law relating to Data, the Internet, and information technology.
Noam advises on GDPR and cyber security compliance projects and assists organisations to devise and implement workable strategies to legitimise global data flows. Noam completed his internship at the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority, Ministry of Justice, where he handled questions on data protection regulations from Government Ministries and bodies (including the governmental cloud committee), public institutions, private organizations and leading law firms. In addition, he supported legislative proceedings and authored market guidelines on data protection and privacy matters. Noam is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E), and a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
Before joining Pearl Cohen, Noam spent 20 years in the IT industry. He was a regional manager in IBM Europe and Lenovo, where, in his last position, he was the managing director of Lenovo EMEA High Performance Computing Business Unit.
