The group has accumulated vast experience in various aspects of OSS (Open Source Software):
Legal advice regarding the way to use popular OSS (such as MySQL) while both respecting its license and marinating the confidentiality of your proprietary computer code;
Integration of GPL & LGPL software with proprietary code;
Corporate Policies regarding use, development, integration and distribution of OSS;
Legal proceedings: the group represented the defendants in the precedent setting case of Marianovsky v. IChessU, before the District Court of Tel-Aviv. The first case ever to deal with the integration of GPL and proprietary codes, it ended in a confidential out-of-court settlement.
