The group attorneys has acquired a great deal of experience in handling contracts with application providers, content partners and information suppliers, and in handling negotiations leading up to signing the contracts; assessing and reducing the legal risks entailed in operating the systems; checking the sites and the processes there prior to launching; providing counseling regarding legal aspects of information and privacy protection in such systems, etc.

This precedent ended with the State Attorney accepting a substantial number of the claims made by the service provider and recognizing that intercepting e-mail messages before they have reached the provider's computers is wiretapping and therefore permitted only with a court order designated to electronic eavesdropping. The group represents another provider in the first suit brought against a spammer in Israel. Other cases the group professionals handled involved domain names dispute, copyright infringements, etc.
