The Internet, IT & Copyright group at Pearl Cohen Zedek Latzer provide legal counseling on Privacy and Data Protection to companies and ventures seeking to reconcile exploiting the vast possibilities of gathering information about their clients with the provisions of the law. Activity in this area includes

  • drafting opinions on a variety of issues, with the purpose of guiding the organization through the do's and don'ts of this area;
     
  • assisting with the formulation of rules for the management of databases;
     
  • formulating privacy policies for Internet sites;
     
  • advising on commercial agreements that include aspects of information and privacy protection;
